Afternoon Swim…”No Khakis Allowed”
Morning Towers
Stars simmer down as Moon clouds by
The gift of the season amongst blue skies
Sun showers collide with the blessings of pray
Crepusculars transcend trinkets twinkling in every spectrum of today
Off to a good start by acknowledging each moment
The breath of truth requires your faith if you must own it.
There’s SHROOM for Everyone…
Three Little Birds…
A Colorful Dreary Bunch
Rain clouds frolic in the distance while thunder plays nearby.
A drizzle begins to refresh my window
every single drop from the sky
Refreshing to my parched sill,
sift upon the stage of nature’s calming tryst
A nuisance to commuters traveling but to me its all a gift
Students scattering already running late for class
Laughter on the patio as some know the storm will always pass.
Listening to birds of enchantment perhaps they still see light
The truth of this beauty is that we’ll be alright.

NICETIES
Substance…

Anomalies play in the sand while mists of rays graze the skies
Even if eyes never lie what do you see from here?
Metaphorically speaking it’s the very sentiments of life that I am seeking
A new strategy to overcome the catastrophes
Gliding in smiles as the brisk cool current casts us away.
The flow…yes the flow is all that we need
Fluidity in harmony where beaches recede…H2O
The GateKeeper…

When A Mind Disembarks
Where Are My Flip Flops?
Sea, The captivation…
While at sea I lost a thought today,
that very moment when seas blend to skies
smiles to turn frowns and lens turn to eyes.
The melody of the sea knows more of my mind’s smiles than I could ever see
While the world frowns & hopelessly drowns
I’m fond of the way the sea seems to understand and see the peace in me.
It’s not too often you get beautiful views of the sea before a storm. This picture was taken with my Nikon D3000 in La Romana, Dominican Republic. A fairly inexpensive escape for couples and families alike; it boasts a relaxing yet colorful palette of great food, cervezas, and attractions. Flights land at the international airport in Punta Cana which is about 35-40 miles away. Ground transportation is available via the airport but most hotels may provide for any additional costs.
